Description The LR3 is a long-term analog of human IGF-1, specifically designed and manufactured for mammalian cell culture to support large-scale manufacturing of recombinant biopharmaceuticals. Recombinant Human Long R3 Insulin Like Growth Factor-1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 83 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 9.1kDa. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Formulation Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in 1xPBS. Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Long R3 IGF1 in sterile 18M-cm H₂O at a concentration of 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Stability Lyophilized Long R3 IGF1 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
