Stratifin is an epithelial cell marker that functions as a tumor suppressor whose expression can be down regulated via methylation. Failure of Stratifin expression results in a defective G2/M phase checkpoint and results in epithelial and non-epithelial tumorigenesis. Description Stratifin Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 248 amino acids (1-248) and having a molecular mass of 27.7 kDa. Stratifin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Source Escherichia Coli. Physical Appearance Sterile filtered colorless solution.
