First generation Pfu polymerases, such as cloned Pfu, PfuTurbo, and PfuUltra, have been improved upon. The improved products, PfuUltra II and Herculase II provide all the benefits of the first generation enzymes plus additional features such as speed to results and larger amplicons.

• PfuUltra – low error rate (1 error/2.25 million bp) without the speed and robustness of PfuUltra II
• Herculase Enhanced – Amplifies challenging PCR targets without the speed and robustness of Herculase II
• PfuTurbo – low error rate (1 error/770,000 bp)
• MMLV Reverse Transcriptase - used for the preparation of cDNA for the construction of cDNA libraries for RT-PCR.
