Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1Synonyms Cell differentiation protein RCD1 homolog, Rcd-1, RQCD1, RCD1, CNOT9, CT129, RCD1+.
Introduction RQCD1 is a novel transcriptional cofactor which mediates retinoic acid-induced cell differentiation. RQCD1 down-regulates MYB- and JUN-dependent transcription and may have a role in cell differentiation. RQCD1 also has a role in retinoic acid-controlled lung development.
Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1Description RQCD1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 319 amino acids (1-299 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.7kDa. The RQCD1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Recombinant Human RCD1 Required for Cell Differentiation1Formulation The RQCD1 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Stability RQCD1 should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
