Suggested Working Dilution | | Protocol: 1. Add the X/R Red Chromogen, Activator and substrate buffer as described below. 2. Apply mixture to tissue section 3. Incubate the slides for 30 min. at room temperature with minimum exposure to light 4. Rinse tissue sections with deionized water 5. Counterstain and coverslip with organic or aqueous based medium 6. X/R Red Solution produces a red precipitate with almost no background |

Storage | | The kit components should be stored between 2-8° protect from light. The mixed X/R Red solution preparation is stable for 1 hour at room temperature. X/R Red preparations should be stored in a manner which minimizes exposure to light. |
