[Ab] 0.1 mg/mL

Specificity This antibody was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acids residues surrounding the phospho Thr286 of CAM kinase II. It is specific for Mr 60 and 50 kD protein phosphorylated at Thr286. The labeling of the CAM K II bands in a western blot or rat brain is blocked by the phosphopeptide but not by the dephosphopeptide.
This antibody is purified by sequential chromatography on Protein A and phospho and dephospho peptide affinity columns.

Uses Calcium/Calmodulin Kinase II [Thr286] Polyclonal Antibody, Phospho-Specific These antibodies are effective in immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and ELISA.
