所谓标准品，即是标准物品，作为一种衡量标准，如果用在药物方面，则为含量测定中的标准含量。标准品包括化学计量标准品、冶金标准品和药检标准品。采用生化方法来测定，目前国家规定的标准品共有15种，林可酶素、新霉素、大观酶素、太乐菌素、链霉素、卡那霉素、绒促性素、盐酶素、杆菌肽锌、安普酶素、红霉素、合成缩宫素、庆大霉素、渡毛化苷G。

Function : Component of the adaptor protein complex 2 (AP-2). Adaptor protein complexes function in protein transport via transport vesicles in different membrane traffic pathways. Adaptor protein complexes are vesicle coat components and appear to be involved in cargo selection and vesicle formation. AP-2 is involved in clathrin-dependent endocytosis in which cargo proteins are incorporated into vesicles surrounded by clathrin (clathrin-coated vesicles, CCVs) which are destined for fusion with the early endosome. The clathrin lattice serves as a mechanical scaffold but is itself unable to bind directly to membrane components. AP-2 also serves as a cargo receptor to selectively sort the membrane proteins involved in receptor-mediated endocytosis.
