叶轮
叶轮是离心泵的主要零件。叶轮的形状和尺寸是通过水力计算来决定的。选择叶轮材料时,除了要考虑离心力作用下的机械强度外,还有考虑材料的耐磨和耐腐蚀性能。目前多数叶轮采用铸铁、铸钢和青铜之城。
叶轮一般可分为单吸式叶轮和双吸式叶轮两种。单吸式叶轮是单边吸水,叶轮的前盖板与后盖板呈不对称状。双吸式叶轮两边吸水,叶轮盖板呈对称状,一般大流量离心泵多数采用双吸式叶轮。
叶轮按其盖板情况又可分为封闭式叶轮、敞开式叶轮和半开式叶轮三种形式。但凡具有两个盖板的叶轮称为封闭式叶轮,这种叶轮应用。如果只有后盖板没有前盖板,称为半开式叶轮一般在抽升含悬浮物的污水泵种,为了避免堵塞,有时会采用半开式或全开式叶轮,这种叶轮特点是叶片少,一般仅2~5片。
二、泵轴
泵轴是用了旋转叶轮的,常用材料是碳素钢和不锈钢。泵轴应有足够的抗妞强度和足够的刚度,其桡度不超过允许值;工作转速不能接近产生共振现象的临界转数。叶轮和轴用键来联结。键是转动体之间的连接件。离心泵中一般采用平键,这种键只能传动扭矩而不能固定叶轮的轴向位置,在大、中型水泵中叶轮的轴向位置通常采用轴套和并紧轴套恶化螺母来定位的。
三、泵壳
离心泵的泵壳通常铸成蜗壳形,其过水部分要求有良好的水力条件。叶轮工作时,沿蜗壳的渐扩断面上,流量是逐步增大,为减少水力损失,在水泵设计中应使沿蜗壳渐扩断面流动的水流速度是一常数。水由蜗壳排出后,经锥形扩散管而流入压水管中。蜗壳上锥形扩散管的作用是降低水流的速度,使流速水头的一部分转化为压力水头。
泵壳的材料选择,除了考虑介质对过流部分的腐蚀和磨损以外,还应该使壳体具有作为耐压容器的足够的机械强度。
四.泵座
泵座上与与底板或基础固定用的法兰孔。泵壳顶上设有充水喝放气的螺孔,以便在水泵启动前用来充水及排走泵壳内的空气。在水泵吸水和压水椎管的法兰孔,开设有安装真空表和压力表的测压螺孔。在泵壳的底部设有放水螺孔,以便在水泵停车检修时用来放空积水。另外,在泵座的横向槽底开设有泄水螺孔以便随时排走由填料盒内流出的渗漏水滴。所有这些螺孔,如果在水泵运动中暂时无用时,可以用带螺纹的丝堵栓紧。
