减压阀适用于蒸汽、空气介质管路上，使用于氧气、空气介质管路上。法兰先导活塞式蒸汽减压阀是通过调节将使进口压力降低至某一需要的出口压力，当进口压力与流量有变化时，靠截肢本身能量可自动保持出口压力在一定范围内但进口压力和出口压力之差必须≥0.2MPa/cm2。气体减压阀主要用于气体管路，同样适用于如空气、氮气、氧气、氢气、煤气、液化气、天然气等气体。空气减压阀属于先导活塞式减压阀。由主阀和导阀两部分组成。主阀主要由阀座、主阀盘、活塞、弹簧等零件组成。导阀主要由阀座、阀瓣、膜片、弹簧、调节弹簧等零件组成。通过调节调节弹簧压力设定出口压力、利用膜片传感出口压力变化，通过导阀启闭驱动活塞调节主阀节流部位过流面积的大小，实现减压稳压功能。

【进口可调式气体减压阀】安装注意事项：

1.为了操作和维护方便，该蒸汽减压阀一般直立安装在水平管道上，横向安装须特别说明。

2.安装时应注意使管路中介质的流向与蒸汽减压阀阀体上所示箭头的方向*。

3.为了防止蒸汽减压阀阀后压力超压，应在离阀出口不少于4M处安装一个安全阀

空气减压阀可能的故障原因：

1、霜冻损坏，在寒冷地区应注意保温。

2、水流方向装错，减压阀变成止回阀，出口压力为0。

3、弹簧拧得太紧，无法关闭，减压阀将直通P2=P1。

4、旁通管漏水，使P2偏离设定值，鉴于本减压阀优越的可靠性和耐久性，建议不安装亮度通管为宜。

【进口可调式气体减压阀】调压步骤：

1、关闭减压阀前的闸阀，开启减压阀后的闸阀，制造下游低压环境；将调节螺钉按逆时针旋转至最上位置（相对ZD出口压力），然后关闭减压阀后闸阀。

2、慢慢开启减压阀前的闸阀至全开。

3、顺时针慢慢旋转调节螺钉，将出口压力调至所需要的压力（以阀后表压为准）；调整好后，将锁紧。

4、螺母锁紧打开减压阀后闸阀。

5、如在调整时出口压力高于设定压力，须从*步开始重新调整，即只能从低压向高压调。
