工作原理:
三叶罗茨鼓风机与二叶罗茨鼓风机字面上比较,多了一个叶,将二叶型变为三叶型,从而将有效容积从两等分变为三等分,减少了输出气流压力的脉动,而且排气腔部分体积通过叶轮间隙回流到进气腔的气体流量减少,气体的扰动减小,气体的脉动压力减小,从而使罗茨鼓风机的振动减少.两者之间还有以下的区别:
(1)在ZX距和外圆半径相同的情况下,圆弧叶型的三叶罗茨鼓风机比两叶的排量要大.渐开线叶型罗茨鼓风机的排量和转子的头数没有关系.
(2)三叶转子的力学性能较好,相比于两叶的可更好地保证叶轮之间及其叶轮和机壳的间隙.
(3)由于叶型特点,三叶脉动比两叶好,因此的优势就是:大大降低了震动和噪音,有效降低噪音20分贝以上.
(4)在三叶转子上使用的轴承的寿命比在二叶上使用的长15%左右.
(5)三叶罗茨风机所达到的压力远高于两叶风机.
(6)在同等效率下,三叶罗茨风机更节能.
(7)在间隙大小及工作条件相同的情况下,三叶鼓风机的内泄漏流量往往比二叶的小一点.
现在市场上的罗茨风机,很少再见到两叶罗茨风机了,现存两叶罗茨风机全是大风量的,基本上都被三叶罗茨鼓风机代替。
