2）配好的无血清培养基一定保存在4度，保存不要超过3个月。用时根据提示要加入谷胺酰胺。

3）加入血清的培养基，保存在4度不要超过1个月，从时间太长，活性下降。当然稍微长点也不一定出问题。但是根据细胞而定;如果原代培养，新鲜，如果是肿瘤细胞，或仅维持传代就不太要紧。但是原则是越新越好。
