性状(以下信息仅供参考)：白色或淡黄色结晶。易溶于碱液，能溶于稀酸，不溶于水和有机溶剂，难溶于醇。中性或淡酸性溶液暴露在紫外光中时，显强烈的亮蓝色荧光。熔点319～320℃。鲁米诺是一种zui古老的和zui常用的试剂，在碱性条件下可被过氧化物氧化，同时发光，鲁米诺和过氧化物之间的氧化还原反应需要催化剂，这种催化剂一般为多价金属离子、过氧化物酶如铁、辣根过氧化物酶等，此种方法常用于检测过氧化物、重金属、过氧化物酶的含量，以及由此衍生的检测自由基、进行毒物分析和基于过氧化物酶和葡萄糖氧化酶的分析方法。在通常情况下鲁米诺与过氧化轻在某些催化剂存在时化学发光反应非常迅速。zui常用催化剂是金属离子，在很大浓度范围内，金属离子浓度与发光强度成正比，从而可进行某些金属离子的化学发光分析，利用这一反应可以分析那些含有金属离子的有机化合物，达到很高的灵敏度。其次是利用有机化合物对鲁米诺化学发光反应的YZ作用，测定对化学发光反应具有猝灭作用的有机化合物。其三是通过偶合反应间接测定无机或有机化合物

KATNA1 to the centrosome. Also positively regulates the activity of the minus-end directed microtubule motor protein dynein. May enhance dynein-mediated microtubule sliding by targeting dynein to the microtubule plus ends. Required for several dynein- and microtubule-dependent processes such as the maintenance of Golgi integrity, the centripetal motion of secretory vesicles and the coupling of the nucleus and centrosome. Also required during brain development for the migration of newly formed neurons from the ventricular/subventricular zone toward the cortical plate. Plays a role, together with DISC1, in the regulation of neurite outgrowth. Required for mitosis in some cell types but appears to be dispensible for mitosis in cortical neuronal progenitors, which instead requires NDE1. Facilitates the polymerization of neurofilaments from the individual subunits NEFH and NEFL.

Post-translational modifications : Phosphorylated in mitosis. Can be phosphorylated by CDK1, CDK5 and MAPK1. Phosphorylation by CDK5 promotes interaction with KATNA1 and YWHAE.
Palmitoylation at Cys-273 reduces affinity for dynein.

保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
