电力电缆产品特点及用途
本产品适用于交流额定电压35KV及以下动力装置或电力线路中传输电能用,交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆具有ZY的机械性能,优异的电气性能和耐化学腐蚀性能;它还具有结构简单、外径小、质量轻,敷设不受落差限制,运输方便等优点,广泛应用于电力、冶金、化工等行业以及城市电网建设。
电力电缆执行标准GB/T12706.1-91、GB12706.3-2002等效采用IEC502标准阻燃特性试验执行GB12666-90标准。

电缆主要技术指标
1.成品电缆导体(R类)直流电阻(符合GB3956规定),参照附录A表1。
2.工频电压试验:根据公式:2.5U0+2KV/min不击穿,U0为3.6KV及以下电缆:2.5UO+2KV/5min不击穿。UO为3.6KV以上电缆:2.5U0KV/5min不击穿
3.局部放电试验:U0为1.8KV及以上和18KV及以下时1.5UO放电量不大于20pc;UO为18KV以上,1.5UO下放电量不大于10pc。
安徽天康高压电力电缆交货长度
电缆交货长度不小于100mm,允许长度不小于30m的短电缆交货,其数量不超过交货长度的10%,根据双方协议允许任何长度的电缆交货。长度计量误差为±0.5%。
