Lactam analog of H-3408. ZT-031 exhibited an adenylyl cyclase activity (EC₅₀) of 3.3 ± 0.3 nM measured in rat osteosarcoma 17/2 cells and was therefore 6-fold more active than H-3408. The pTH analog has been evaluated for the treatment of osteoporosis and psoriasis.
