|Triptorelin is an analog of gonadotropin-releasing hormone I (GnRH-I); it is a decapeptide that activates the GnRH receptor in the pituitary gland, decreasing secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
