Description
GenJet™ DNA
In Vitro Tranfection Reagent for NMuMG cells is pre-optimized for transfecting NMuMG cells. NMuMG is mouse mammary gland, normal epithelial. NMuMG cells express different integral surface proteoglycans (e.g. syndecan). They are used for studies of cell adhesion and growth factor-binding molecules as well as for analysis of growth factor effects on cell proliferation.
Refer to the following optimal transfection conditions for maximal transfection efficiency on NMuMG cells. GenJet™ reagent, 1.0 ml, is sufficient for 300 to 600 transfections in 24 well plates or 150 to 300 transfections in 6 well plates.
