Preparation Note

Working concentration: 1 to 3 mg/ml buffer
Working solution: Recommended solvent is 25 mM Tris/HCl, 300 mM NaCl, 1mM EDTA pH 8.0.
Product is stable in 5 mM urea and 0.1% SDS (w/v).

Specificity

Serine protease, specifically hydrolyzing amide, ester, and peptide bonds at the carboxylic side of Lys. The enzyme releases 4-nitraniline from Chromozym PL.
