特异性：This antibody was raised against a Doublecortin peptide containing phosphorylated S297. In peptide blocking studies binding of the antibody to a band corresponding to Doublecortin was not significantly blocked by pre-incubation of the antibody with the immunizing (phospho-S297) or the corresponding unmodified peptide. From these results it cannot be ascertained whether the antibody recognizes the modified or unmodified forms of Doublecortin. It is likely that it recognizes both forms.
