纯化测试条件：The CRC hybridoma cell line recognizes human colorectal carcinoma antigen(CRC) and was transfected by mpSV2gpt. The JXT3 hybridoma cell line recognizes CD3 molecule on human T cells and was transfected by mpSV2neo. The production of quadroma CRCgpt/CD3neo included a conventinal somatic fusion between CRC and JXT3 cells and were selected and cloned in the media containing both mycophenolic acid and geneticin. Quadromas showing both murine IgG1 and IgG2a were selected and subcloned for the purification of hybrid bispecific antibody CRC/CD3.
