NFkB 信号通路PCR芯片可用于研究参与NFkB 信号通路的84个关键基因的表达。通过该芯片,可以确定NFkB 信号通路在实验样本中是被激活,YZ还是没有变化。芯片涵盖编码Rel,NFkB和I kB家族,NFkB-效应基因,活化这条通路的细胞外配体及受体,细胞内转导信号的激酶和转录因子。NFkB介导的信号通路调控病毒的复制,自身免疫性疾病,免疫反应,肿瘤形成和凋亡等过程。芯片上还包括16个已经被实验证实的线粒体能量代谢信号通路的生物标识物基因。这16个基因的表达水平可以通过公式计算得出经典NFkB通路活性的分数。利用实时定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地对NFkB信号转导通路相关的基因进行同时检测。

Cytoplasmic Sequestering/Releasing of NFκB: BCL3, CHUK (IKKa), IKBKB, IKBKG, NFKBIA, NFKBIE. Transcription Factors: NFKB1, NFKB2, REL, RELA, RELB. NFκB Responsive Genes: Immune Response: CCL2 (MCP-1), CCL5 (RANTES), CSF1 (MCSF), CSF2 (GM-CSF), CSF3 (GCSF),ICAM1, IFNA1, IFNG, IL8, LTA (TNFB), TNF.
