NeuroPORTER Transfection Reagent is a unique cationic lipid specifically formulated for efficient DNA transfection into neuronal cell lines, glial cells, and certain primary neurons. Because the NeuroPORTER Transfection Reagent is formulated for DNA delivery into neuronal cells, the transfection efficiency is higher than other commercially available broad-spectrum transfection reagents. Also, compared to viral methods, transfection with the NeuroPORTER Reagent is simple and can be completed in as little as 24 hours, saving days of labor.
Contents- Dried NeuroPORTER Reagent Lipid Film (1 vial for Cat. No. T400150 or 5 vials for Cat. No. T400750)
- Hydration Buffer (1 vial x 1.5 ml for Cat. No. T400150 or 5 vials x 1.5 ml for Cat. No. T400750)
- DNA Diluent (1 vial x 7.5 ml for Cat. # T400150 or 5 vials x 7.5 ml for Cat. No. T400750)
