绿原酸(Chlorogenic acid,以下简称CA),是由咖啡酸(Caffeic acid)与奎尼酸(Quinic acid,1-羟基六氢没食子酸)生成的缩酚酸,是植物体在有氧呼吸过程中经莽草酸途径产生的一种苯丙素类化合物。
根据咖啡酰在奎尼酸上的结合部位和数目不同,从理论上讲,单咖啡酰奎尼酸和二咖啡酰奎尼酸所组成的绿原酸异构体共有10种,分别为:1-咖啡酰奎尼酸、3-咖啡酰奎尼酸、4-咖啡酰奎尼酸、5-咖啡酰奎尼酸、1,3-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、1,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、1,6-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸。但到目前为止,从植物中发现的绿原酸异构体有如下:绿原酸(3-咖啡酰奎尼酸)、隐绿原酸(Band510)(4-咖啡酰奎尼酸)、新绿原酸(5-咖啡酰奎尼酸)、异绿原酸A(4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸)、异绿原酸B(3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸)、异绿原酸C(3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸)、莱蓟素(1,3-二咖啡酰奎尼酸)。
绿原酸的生物活性
绿原酸被认为是众多药材和中成药KJ、XY利胆的主要有效成分,通常被作为定性甚至定量的指标。 据报道,绿原酸的主要生物活性有(1)对透明质酸酶及葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的YZ作用;(2)对自由基的清除及抗脂质过氧化作用;(3)抗诱变作用;(4)保肝利胆作用;(5)KJ、抗病毒及解痉等作用。
绿原酸作用:
具有较广泛KJ作用,但在体内能被蛋白质灭活 。与咖啡酸相似,口服或腹腔注射时,可提高大鼠的兴奋性。可增加大鼠及小鼠的小肠蠕动和大鼠子宫的张力。有利胆作用,能增进大鼠的胆汁分泌。对人有致敏作用,吸入含有本品的植物尘埃后,可发生气喘、皮炎等,但食入后可经小肠分泌物作用,变为无致敏性物质。有止血、ZG白血球 。及抗病毒作用 。具有缩短血凝及出血时间的作用 。
