CH4非线性晶体温控炉与CH3非线性晶体温控炉具有相同的机械设计。利用电位计预设温度可调整在5°C范围内调节。此外，当达到预设的温度时CH4非线性晶体温控炉有‘Ready’输出信号，CH4-50非线性晶体温控炉能够安装长度50mm的晶体。
