AFP (Alpha-fetoprotein) is a major plasma protein produced by the yolk sac and the liver during fetal development. As the most abundant plasma protein found in the human fetus, AFP plasma levels decrease rapidly after birth. But a variety of tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatoblastoma, and nonseminomatous germ cell tumors of the ovary and testis (eg, yolk sac and embryonal carcinoma) secret measurable AFP. Most studies report elevated AFP concentrations in approximately 70% of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Elevated AFP concentrations are also found in 50% to 70% of patients with nonseminomatous testicular tumors. 捕获抗体:3019 2C3 检测抗体:3019 6C1 | |
