Anti-CD53 monoclonal antibody, clone MEM-53

　Mouse anti Rat CD53 antibody, clone OX-44 recognizes the rat CD53 cell surface antigen, a 43kD glycoprotein, which is a member of the transmembrane 4 super family. It is expressed by all myeloid and peripheral lymphoid cells, and by a small subset of thymocytes. Clone OX-44 recognizes a conformational epitope that is dependent on disulphide bonding.
