  Cell counting is a crucial step in many experimental protocols. It assures the correct starting conditions. Manual cell counting is tedious and time consuming.
  Wimasis, the certified partner of ibidi for quantitative image analysis, has developed an analysis solution to automatically detect and count cells. The Image Analysis solution generates fast results, without the need for extra hardware or software.
  Detach your cells and bring them into one focal plane (e.g., by filling them into a counting chamber). You can also wait 15-30 minutes until all cells have fallen to the bottom of the culture vessel. Next, take a picture of the rounded-up cells and upload your data. Finally, you will receive a summary of results, via E-mail, in under an hour. You can then download your detailed results.
