制造工艺                  Construction

- inner casing is made of Silicon carbide

 内腔采用碳化硅炉膛

- outer casing is sheet steel, finished in a tough stoved epoxy painting (colour light grey RAL 7035)

 外壳用冷轧钢板，用环氧漆静电喷涂(浅灰白色-颜色编号:RAL7035)

- no contact between inner ａnd outer case, optimised insulation (The optimized heat insulation is made of ceramic fiber totally asbestos-free, )

 内腔和外壳之间无接触，采用化的隔离，(以降低热扩散和热消耗),(保温隔热材料采用陶瓷纤维，不含石棉)

- the door is hinged on the right hand side, easy for operation.

 外门设置为右开式设计，便于干燥箱的摆放和操作

 

加热系统                  Heating

- The heater surround the chamber to ensure homogenous heating.
