泵的拆装
泵必须从驱动端开始拆卸
1：拆下泵联轴器。
2：自驱动轴上卸下联轴器键。
3：松下螺钉，用启动盖螺钉将转子组件自驱动端取出。
4：松下螺钉，取下压盖（规格210以上）松下螺钉,用启盖螺钉将填料箱取下，取下机械密封
5：卸下弹性挡圈。
6：卸下螺钉，自衬套上取下前盖，同时取下主杆，平衡套，从杆，平衡套就可以从主杆上取下。注意：避免从杆，平衡套掉下磕坏。
7：将主杆和滚动轴承自前盖取下。

重新装配时按相反步骤装配，装配前必须保证所有部件无赃物和磨粒。

泵的拆装

The pump assembly

泵必须从驱动端开始拆卸

The pump must be removed from the drive end start

1：拆下泵联轴器。

1: remove pump coupling.

2：自驱动轴上卸下联轴器键。

2: from the drive shaft to unload the coupling.

3：松下螺钉，用启动盖螺钉将转子组件自驱动端取出。

3: Panasonic screws, start with the cover screw rotor assembly from the drive end out.

4：松下螺钉，取下压盖（规格210以上）松下螺钉,用启盖螺钉将填料箱取下，取下机械密封

4: Panasonic screws, remove the gland （specification 210） Panasonic screw, with a cap screw andstuffing box is removed, remove the mechanical seal

5：卸下弹性挡圈。

5: remove the circlip.

6：卸下螺钉，自衬套上取下前盖，同时取下主杆，平衡套，从杆，平衡套就可以从主杆上取下。注意：避免从杆，平衡套掉下磕坏。

6: remove the screws, remove the front cover from the Bush, at the same time take the main rodsleeve, balance, from the bar, balancing sleeve can be removed from the main rod. Note: avoid from the bar, balancing sleeve off the knock bad.

7：将主杆和滚动轴承自前盖取下。

7: the main rod and bearing cap is removed from the front.

重新装配时按相反步骤装配，装配前必须保证所有部件无赃物和磨粒。
