一、原理性能和用途
原理性能：当被控制对象的温度达到设定值时，温控器感温包内的工质产生相应的膨胀的物理现象（工质体积变大），与感温部连通一起的膜盒产生膨胀。通过杠杆原理，带动开关断开动作，达到限温目的。需要人工手动复位。WQS系列液胀式温控器具有限温准确，稳定可靠，泄露自动保护，超载电流大等性能特点。
用途：主要用于电热水器、开水器、电烤箱、电热油炸锅、食品机械等限温用（具有防泄漏自动保护功能）。
Principle of performance andApplication：
When the temperature of the controlled object reaches set value,the
inner workingsubstanceof thermostatsensible bulbproduces a
correspondingexpansion physical phenomenon (theworking substance
volume change), at which connected with the diaphragm of sensible bulb
produceexpansion or contraction.Through the leverage to drive switch on/off action, the purpose is to achieve constant temperature.It is
needed to manually reset.WQS series thermostats havetemperature-limitedaccurate, reliable,automatic protection against leakage, and large
overload current performance characteristics.
用途：主要用于电热水器、开水器、电烤箱、电热油炸锅、食品机械等控温用（具有防泄漏自动保护功能）

 二、注意事项：
1、用户必须根据自己产品的特点，所需控制的温度，提出订货型号和规格。
2、安装时，感温管尽可能整支贴紧被控温表面，以达到控温准确的目的。
3、安装时不可将感温管压变形，以免影响其性能。
4、勿使导电气体或导电物质进入温控器内或污染温控器表面以免影响电气绝缘性能。
5、开关盒是电器陶瓷件，要轻拿轻放，避免破坏。
6、毛细管折弯半径不能小于5mm.
