简要说明TH2819XA自动变压器测试系统是在深受用户好评的TH2818XA的基础上推出的新一代电子变压器测试系统，继承了TH2818XA操作简便（操作界面全面兼容）、读数准确稳定的特点，体积较之大为减小、外观令人耳目一新、价格低廉。 TH2819XA是一种专用于各种电子变压器品质检验的多功能、自动化的变压器综合参数测试系统。可提供20Hz-200kHz的测试频率，变压器扫瞄测试涵盖了变压器的各种低压参数，包括主参数电感L、漏感量Lk、圈数比Turn-ratio、直流电阻DCR、阻抗Z、线圈间容量C，副参数品质因素Q、串联等效电阻额ESR、相位Ps，以及引脚短路检查等。本系统采用先进的数字采样技术及高速长寿命扫描测试夹具，使以往费时低效的变压器检验变得快速、精确。该系统可选择多种输出阻抗模式，使测试仪器间因输出阻抗差异造成的电感量差异问题得以完善解决。选择电感量换算的圈数比测量技术，可大大改善低藕合系数变压器因漏磁过高引起之圈数比量测误差问题。 TH2819XA还是一种高速度、测试范围宽、6位测试分辨率的阻抗测量仪，可满足生产线质量保证、进货检验及实验室测量要求。Brief descriptionTH2819XA is a newly-developed product on the basis of TH2818XA transformer test system with the features of TH2818XA, including easy operation, accurate and stable reading. It has smaller size than TH2818XA, nice appearance, and lower cost. TH2819XA is an automatic transformer multi-parameter measurement instrument used for quality control of electronic transformer over a wide range of frequency (20 Hz to 200 kHz). Almost all low-voltage transformer parameters can be scanned, including the primary parameters of inductance L, leakage inductance Lk, turns-ratio Tr, DC resistance DCR, impedance Z, and capacitance (between windings) C etc., and the secondary parameters of quality Factor Q , ESR and phase etc., and pin short can also be detected as well. The advanced digital sampling technique and long-life high-speed scanning test fixture make the transformer inspection more accurate and efficient, which used to be of low efficiency before such a system was used. The system provides several signal output impedances for selection in order to be compatible with some well-known LCR instrument providers when an inductor is measured. Turns-ratio is calculated by the inductance of primary and secondary windings, which decreases the measurement error caused by large leakage of magnetic flux, for example low-coupling coefficient transformer. With high measurement speed, wide measurement range, and 6-digit resolution, TH2819XA can be used in quality control on production line, incoming inspection and lab measurement.
