该电泳系统是一种万能的浸没式水平电泳，凝胶大小和样品梳的选择Z是多样，分离的方式也是Z为丰富。每25cm凝胶距离下，就可以分离30个样品，所以4排式的样品梳就可以对多至120个样品进行分离，是一种进行高通量样品处理分析的理想系统。

The Sub Cell GT cell is the most versatile submerged horizontal electrophoresis cell, offering the widest choice of gel lengths, sample combs, ａnd separation modes. Up to 30 samples can be resolved over a distance of 25 cm. Using four rows of combs, the cell will run up to 120 analytical samples. The Sub-Cell GT cell includes a buffer tank ａnd safety lid with cables.
Preparative combs allow separation of large samples. Sub-Cell GT systems are ideal for separation of samples for Southern ａnd northern blotting experiments. |
