产品介绍：The DBC1 （Deleted in breast cancer 1） amino terminus binds directly to the estrogen receptor alpha （ERalpha） hormone-binding domain in a strict ligand-independent manner. It may function in the modulation of ERalpha expression ａnd hormone-independent breast cancer cell survival. It is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues. DBC1 promotes p53-mediated apoptosis through specific inhibition of SIRT1.
