such as the heating and digestion time, the acidity of the solution, the amount of oxidant and catalyst, etc., are strictly specified. Obviously,
the determination of COD (cr) in water is subject to strict requirements. If the operation violates the requirements, the accuracy of the
determination will be affected. In accordance with the basic principles of international standard (ISO) and national standard (HJ),
the digestion operation of reflux heating micro boiling for 2 hours is guaranteed. The preparation and addition amount of reagent
solution are consistent with the HJ method, ensuring reliable and accurate analysis results.

QYC0D series COD disintegrator adopts microcomputer technology to control the heating electric furnace on time, which can be
used to heat 12 24# standard grinding mouth dissolving reflux devices at the same time. To save energy, reduce power load and
improve efficiency. Adopting glass burr reflux pipe instead of spherical reflux pipe and replacing tap water cooling with air cooling
technology can both save water and standardize the instrument, and at the same time improve the safety of the instrument.
The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of the instrument completely comply with hj828-2017.
COD water samples less than 50mg/L can be improved by diluting titrant and oxidant, while COD water samples
higher than 700mg/L can be determined by diluting the proportion of water samples.
