ZL过程:

局部麻醉，在内踝处穿刺大隐静脉，依次导入导丝导管，将末端定位于大隐静脉根部，撤出导丝，导入光纤，输出波长为810nm的激光，并将导管和光纤同时后撤，后撤速度为0.5~1cm/s，术后用弹力绷带进行加压包扎。对侧支静脉曲张可采用多点穿剌导入激光ZL。
