Simply incredible 3D cell culture PGmatrix™ is a powerful and yet easy-to-use tool for in-vitro 3D cell culture with high-throughput screening and accurate in-vivo prediction for life science research and development. PGmatrix is formulated from peptide solution, and is offered pre-mixed with basic cell culture medium (DMEM, MEM, RPMI, L15), or in custom formulas.

A regular PGmatrix research kit includes 6mL 1% W/V PGmatrix nanofiber solution and 2mL PGworks solution. Most cells grow well in PGmatrix concentration from 0.2-0.5% W/V).
