In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

Protocol
 

1. Prepare all reagents, samples and standards.
2. Add 50 uL standard or sample to each well.
3.  . . . .And then add 50 uL prepared Detection Reagent A immediately.
4.  . . . .Shake and mix.
5. Incubate 1 hour at 37ºC.
6. Aspirate and wash 3 times.
7. Add 100 uL prepared Detection Reagent B.
8. Incubate 30 minutes at 37ºC.
9. Aspirate and wash 5 times.
10. Add 90 uL Substrate Solution.
11. Incubate 10-20 minutes at 37ºC.
12. Add 50 uL Stop Solution.
13. Read at 450 nm immediately.
