Human ADA / Adenosine Deaminase ELISA Kit (Competitive EIA) - LS-F28765
LS-F28765
Competitive EIA (enzyme immunoassay) kit
ADA / Adenosine Deaminase
Human
This kit is for the detection of Human ADA / Adenosine Deaminase. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between ADA / Adenosine Deaminase and analogs was observed. This claim is limited by existing techniques therefore cross-reactivity may exist with untested analogs.
LS-F28765 is a 96-well enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the Quantitative detection of Human ADA / Adenosine Deaminase in samples of Plasma and Serum. It is based upon a Competitive EIA assay principle and can be used to detect levels of ADA / Adenosine Deaminase as low as 0.1 nanograms per millilter.

Due to their limited shelf life, LSBio ELISA kits are not typically stocked as finished goods. Upon receipt of an order each kit is assembled and tested to ensure that it meets specifications before shipping. Minor changes may occur to the Range, Sensitivity, and Precision. In the event of a significant change the order would be confirmed with the customer before shipping ELISA kit lot numbers reflect the date of final assembly and testing for each specific kit rather than a bulk manufactured lot. All kits are tested to confirm that they fall within their defined Inter- and Intra- assay coefficient of variation.

About ADA / Adenosine DeaminaseP00813 NM_000022 NP_000013.2
ADA ElisaKit, Adenosine deaminase ElisaKit, ADA1 ElisaKit, Adenosine aminohydrolase ElisaKit
Catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine and 2-deoxyadenosine. Plays an important role in purine metabolism and in adenosine homeostasis. Modulates signaling by extracellular adenosine, and so contributes indirectly to cellular signaling events. Acts as a positive regulator of T-cell coactivation, by binding DPP4. Its interaction with DPP4 regulates lymphocyte-epithelial cell adhesion. (More About ADA / Adenosine Deaminase)
