关于CYB：
Cytochrome b5 (CYB) is a membrane bound hemoprotein which function as an electron carrier for several membrane bound oxygenases. CYB contains one cytochrome b5 heme-binding domain and has two isoforms produced by alternative splicing. Isoform 1 is a sngle-pass membrane protein. Isoform 2 is located in cytoplasm. The defects in CYB can result in type IV hereditary methemoglobinemia.

关于CD40/TNFRSF5：
CD40 is a Type I Transmembrane Glycoprotein that belongs to the TNF Receptor Superfamily. CD40 is expressed in B cells, follicular dendritic cells, dendritic cells, activated monocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, vascular smooth muscle cells, and several tumor cell lines. The extracellular domain of CD40 is characterized by Cysteine rich repeat regions. Interaction of CD40 with its ligand (CD40L) leads to aggregation of CD40 molecules, which in turn interact with cytoplasmic components to initiate signaling pathways. Several different TRAF proteins (adaptor proteins) have been identified to serves as mediators of the signal transduction. CD40 plays an essential role in mediating a broad variety of immune and inflammatory responses including T cell-dependent immunoglobulin class switching, memory B cell development, and germinal center formation.

关于GALNT7：
N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase 7(GALNT7) is expressed in uterus, retina, kidney, small intestine, omentum, stomach and CNS.It belongs to the glycosyltransferase 2 family and galNAc-T subfamily. The enzyme encoded by this gene controls the initiation step of mucin-type O-linked protein glycosylation and transfer of N-acetylgalactosamine to serine and threonine amino acid residues. This enzyme is a type II transmembrane protein and shares common sequence motifs with other family members. This protein may function as a follow-up enzyme in the initiation step of O-glycosylation.
