IL-21保存：
冻干蛋白置于-20℃以下可长期保存，室温条件下可稳定保存3周。
复溶蛋白溶液可在4～7℃保存2～7天，可分装后置于-20℃保存三个月。

IL-21复溶：
打开试剂管前请先离心。
复溶浓度推荐大于100μg/ml。
冻干蛋白请溶于ddH2O。
复溶后，请根据用量分装冻存，避免反复冻融。

关于IL-21：
Interleukin-21 also known as IL-21 is a protein that in mouse is encoded by the IL21 gene, belongs to the IL-15/IL-21 family. Interleukin-21 is a cytokine that has potent regulatory effects on cells of the immune system, including natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T cells that can destroy virally infected or cancerous cells. This cytokine induces cell division/proliferation in its target cells.

关于GGPP Synthase：
Geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (GGPS1) is a member of the FPP/GGPP synthase family. GGPS1 is highly expressed in testis, heart and skeletal muscle. GGPS1 is localized in the cytoplasm and has geranylgeranyl diphosphate (GGPP) synthase activity. It catalyzes the trans-addition of the three molecules of IPP onto DMAPP to form geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate, an important precursor of carotenoids and geranylated proteins. Other transcriptional splice variants have been found.
