高通量单细胞力学荧光测试分析系统将细胞生物力学特性同流式细胞仪有机的结合起来,能够在单细胞水平下,高通量、无生物标记物的条件下,快速研究细胞的生物力学特性。
为了给细胞加载力学刺激,单个细胞被泵驱动通过横截面略大于细胞的横截面的微通道。细胞周围的流体的压力梯度创造出一个流动剖面而影响细胞的水动力学。通过流体的流速和粘度可控制作用于细胞上的力。
细胞可以通过水动力可使细胞发生形变;
力由流体的流速和粘度控制;
软细胞能展示出更大程度的变形。
