WDS作为配合电子束探测材料微区元素组成的X射线分光仪器,特征X射线能量分辨率5-10电子伏,对微量成分定性定量精度比EDS提高一个数量级,目前在半导体,电子材料,地质矿物和特殊合金研究中广泛使用,但波谱分析逐个元素进行定量,比较耗时,对电子束束流稳定性提出更高要求。
EBSD,采用高能背散射电子,对样品剖面做晶体衍射,从而获得微区晶体结构,取向,分布定性定量结果。在金属、陶瓷和地质学分析显微结构及织构中使用越来越广泛。
