2013年3月31日ZY电视台13频道《晚间新闻》报道《我国科学家发现乙肝癌变关键风险基因,为预防并提前干预乙肝的癌变提供了可能》为题的新闻,这一研究成果已在国际权威学术期刊《自然与遗传学》上发表。
这一研究成果是由复旦大学遗传学研究所、遗传工程国家ZD实验室完成的一项重大研究成果,借助美国西格诺公司研发的产品“MassARRAY®DNA质谱阵列基因分析系统”研究得来。通过这套设备成功的确定了人的STAT4和HLA-DQ基因是乙肝患者罹患肝癌的关键易感基因。

Somatic Mutation Profiling
Recent research studies suggest genetic variants play a significant role in tumorigenesis, pathogenesis, and disease progression1,2. Oncogene mutations are key to cancer research. A group at Dana Farber Cancer Institute developed a high-throughput method for genotyping based on the MassARRAY system with over 200 mutations and discovered that >30% of 1,000 tumor samples carried at least one mutation3.The group has since developed other panels4.Sequenom offers a family of pre-designed assays,OncoCarta? Panels (v1.0, v2.0, v3.0), for comprehensive mutation screening of solid tumors, as well as a tissue specific melanoma panel, MelaCarta? Panel v1.0. Genotyping
