关于Semaphorin 5A：
Semaphorin-5A (SEMA5A) is a member of the Semaphorin family of axon guidance molecules. SEMA5A is a 140 kDa protein. Class 5 Semaphorins are type I transmembrane glycoproteins with an N- terminal Sema domain and multiple juxtamembrane type 1 Thrombospondin (TSP) repeats within their extracellular domains. SEMA5A is expressed in neuroepithelial cells surrounding retinal axons, oligodendrocytes, the base of limb buds, the mesoderm surrounding cranial vessels , and the cardiac atrial septum and endo*(代"c")ardial cushions, Human SEMA5A cDNA encodes a signal sequence, a extracellular domain (ECD), a transmembrane sequence and an cytoplasmic portion. SEMA5A mutations have been implicated in the genetic syndrome,cri-du-chat,while some polymorphisms may increase risk for neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson. The expression of SEMA5A may be upregulated in metastatic cancer cells and downregulated in autism.

关于calreticulin-3：
Calreticulin-3 belongs to the calreticulin family, members of which are calcium binding chaperones localized mainly in the endoplasmic reticulum. It can be divided into a N-terminal globular domain, a proline-rich P-domain forming an elongated arm-like structure and a C-terminal acidic domain. During spermatogenesis process, Calreticulin-3 may act as a lectin-independent chaperone for specific client proteins such as ADAM3. Defects in CALR3 are the cause of familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy type 19 (CMH19), it is a hereditary heart disorder characterized by ventricular hypertrophy, which is usually asymmetric and often involves the interventricular septum. The symptoms include dyspnea, syncope, collapse, palpitations, and chest pain.

关于MAPT：
Microtubule-Associated Protein TAU is abundantly expressed in neurons of the central nervous system and less commonly expressed elsewhere, but is also expressed at very low levels in CNS astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. Tau interacts with tubulin to stabilize microtubules and promotes tubulin assembly into microtubules. The C-terminus of TAU binds axonal microtubules while the N-terminus binds neural plasma membrane components, suggesting that tau acts as a linker protein. When tau is defective, and no longer stabilize microtubules properly, it can result in dementias such as Alzheimers disease and other tauopathies.
