关于BCAS2：
Breast Carcinoma-Amplified Sequence 2 (BCAS2) is a member of the SPF27 family. BCAS2 is a nuclear protein and widely expressed in many rtissues. BCAS2 is identified as being overexpressed in various breast cancer cell lines. BCAS2 is a component of the spliceosome, taking part in the removal of introns from mRNA precursors. BCAS2 interacts with estrogen receptor alpha and beta, thyroid hormone receptor beta, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma. BCAS2 functions as an ER co-activator and is capable of enhancing ER-mediated transcription.

Complement Component 1Q Subcomponent-Binding Protein (C1QBP) is a nucleus protein that belongs to the MAM33 family. C1QBP is known to bind to the globular heads of C1q molecules and inhibit C1 activation. Mitochondrial C1QBP is a critical mediator of p14ARF-induced apoptosis. C1QBP functions as a chemotactic factor for immature dendritic cells, and migration is mediated through ligation of both C1QBP and cC1qR/CR. Legumain is a lysosomal cysteine protease which is a member of the peptidase C13 family. Though it is found in many tissues, it is highly expressed in the kidney, heart, and placenta. Legumain has a strict specificity for hydrolysis of asparaginyl bonds and can also cleave aspartyl bonds slowly, especially under acidic conditions. Over-expression Legumain in tumors is significant for invasion and metastasis. In addition, Legumain may be involved in the processing of proteins for MHC class II antigen presentation in the lysosomal/endosomal system and negative regulation of neuron apoptosis.
