  本制品是采用SYBR Green嵌合荧光法进行Real Time PCR的专用试剂。制品中已经将DNA聚合酶、反应用Buffer、dNTP、SYBR Green 等试剂预混在一起，是一种2×浓度的预混型试剂，进行实验时，PCR反应液的配制十分方便简单。
  本制品采用Hot Start Taq并结合特别配方的反应缓冲液，能有效YZ非特异性反应，提高了反应特异性，能够在更广的范围内进行准确定量。

产品特点：
高特异性：采用特殊工艺制造的HotStart Taq DNA聚合酶，可以进行热启动法PCR反应，大大提高了PCR扩增的特异性。
GX：百奥莱博精心配制的RealTime PCR专用2×MasterMix，具有更高扩增效率和扩增灵敏度。
快捷：PCR反应所必需试剂全集于一管之中，数分钟即可完成反应体系配制。

使用建议：
1、保存：原则上-20℃遮光保存。如果持续使用，可在4℃内进行短期保存，但此时须遮光，建议使用遮光箱或用添附的铝袋进行保存。
2、使用：请上下颠倒轻轻均匀混合，避免起泡，并经轻微离心后使用。 反应液的配制、分装请使用新的（无污染的）枪头、Microtube等，尽 量避免污染。建议反应液体积为25～50 μl。
3、引物设计：一般为了增加敏感度及扩增效率且YZ非特异性反应，扩增目标序列越短越好。建议设计成200bp以下。另外对GC cluster(特 别是3´末端)等，会引起引物二聚体等非特异反应，一般不建议采用， 特别是Intercalater Assay受非特异性反应影响较大，更需注意。
4、First Strand cDNA的使用：由于逆转录酶经热处理后仍会对PCR有抑 制性影响，故建议将1st Strand cDNA合成反应液用蒸馏水稀释后再加以使用。

关于TAC3：
Tachykinin 3 (TAC3) is a secreted protein that belongs to the Tachykinin family. Tachykinins are active peptides that excite neurons and evoke behavioral responses; they are potent vasodilators and secretagogues, and contract many smooth muscles in pregnancy. TAC3 is primarily expressed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and functions as a neurotransmitter.It is also expressed in the outer syncytiotrophoblast of the placenta and may be associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension and pre-eclampsia. TAC3 acts as the ligand for the neurokinin-3 receptor, mutations in this gene are associated with normosmic hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
