Creatine kinase M-type is also known as Creatine kinase M chain,M-CK. It is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CKM gene. It belongs to the ATP:guanido phosphotransferase family,containing 1 phosphagen kinase C-terminal domain and 1 phosphagen kinase N-terminal domain. Creatine kinase M-type can reversibly catalyzes the transfer of phosphate between ATP and various phosphogens. It plays a central role in energy transduction in tissues with large, fluctuating energy demands, such as skeletal muscle, heart, brain and spermatozoa.

关于Cadherin-8：
Cadherin-8 (CDH8) is a type II classical cadherin from the cadherin superfamily. Member of the Cadherin superfamily are integral membrane proteins that mediate calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion. Cadherin proteins are composed of a large N-terminal extracellular domain, a single membrane-spanning domain, and a small highly conserved C-terminal cytoplasmic domain. Cadherins are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. The extracellular domain of CDH8 contains five cadherin domains. CDH8 is expressed in brain and is putatively involved in synaptic adhesion, axon outgrowth and guidance.

关于Mesothelin：
Mesothelin is a cell surface glycoprotein whose expression is limited to mesothelial cells of the serosa (pleura, pericardium, and peritoneum) and epithelial cells of the trachea, tonsils, fallopian tube, and kidneys. Mesothelin plays an important role in cell survival, proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor progression, and resistance to chemotherapy. The overexpression of mesothelin can activate NF-κB and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (Stat3), inhibit apoptotic signaling and TNF-α-induced apoptosis, and accelerate the G1–S transition. Mesothelin is also found overexpressed in various cancers, including malignant mesothelioma, pancreatic or ovarian carcinoma, sarcomas and in some gastrointestinal or pulmonary carcinomas. As a result of its limited expression in normal tissues, mesothelin has been reported as an ideal tumor-associated marker for the development of targeted therapy.
