关于SPARC：
Secreted Protein Acidic and Rich in Cysteine (SPARC) is a secreted, evolutionarily conserved collagen-binding glycoprotein and belongs to the SPARC family. SPARC has 286 amino acids and contains an EF-hand in C-termina domain, a follistatin-like domain with Kazal-like sequences. There are two calcium binding sites, one binds 5 - 8 Ca2+ with a low affinity and other on an EF-hand loop that binds a Ca2+ ion with a high affinity. It is highly expressed in tissues undergoing morphogenesis, remodeling and wound repair. SPARC regulate cell growth through interactions with the extracellular matrix (ECM) and cytokines. SPARC bind to numerous proteins of the ECM, affect ECM protein expression, influence cellular adhesion and migration, and modulate growth factor-induced cell proliferation and angiogenesis. SPARC also binds several types of collagen, albumin, thrombospondin, PDGF and cell membranes.

关于Coagulation Factor Xa/F10：
Mouse coagulation factor X / F10 a member of the peptidase S1 family. The mature F10 is composed mostly of two EGF-like domains, one Gla gamma-carboxy-glutamate domain and one peptidase S1 domain. Factor Xa is a vitamin K-dependent plasma protease that converts prothrombin to thrombin in the presence of factor Va, calcium and phospholipid during blood clotting. The two chains of F10 are formed from a single-chain precursor by the excision of two Arg residues. A single-chain precursor is initially synthesized in the liver. The light and heavy chains are linked together by disulfide bonds. The light chain contains a Gla and two EGF-like domains. The heavy chain corresponds to the serine protease domain. It can form a heterodimer with SERPINA5.

Fibronectin type III domain-containing protein 5, the precursor of irisin, is a protein that is encoded by the FNDC5 gene.Human Irisin is synthesized as a 212 amino acid (aa) precursor encoding a type 1 transmembrane protein with a 121 aa extracellular domain (ECD), a 21 aa transmembrane domain, and a 39 aa cytoplasmic domain. The ECD of Irisin contains a fibronectin type III domain and multiple glycosylation sites. The ECD is proteolytically cleaved to release the 112 aa soluble Irisin hormone into circulation.Mature human, mouse share 100% sequence identity.Irisin induces expression of peroxisome proliferatoractivated receptor γ coactivator 1α (PGC1α) and uncoupling protein1(UCP1), mitochondrialassociated metabolic proteins. Irisin induces the transition of white adipose tissue into more metabolically active beige adipose tissue.Irisin also regulates neuronal cell differentiation and neurite outgrowth in the brain and is involved in the differentiation of osteoblasts.

C-Type Lectin Domain Family 10 Member A (CLEC10A) is a type II transmembrane C-type lectin that is expressed on immature myleloid dendritic cells and alternatively activated (tolerogenic) macrophages. CLEC10A/MGL binds and internalizes molecules with terminal nonsialylated GalNAc carbohydrates such as the Tn carcinoma antigen. CLEC10A/MGL also binds the GP envelope glycoprotein on Marburg and Ebola viruses and enhances viral entry and infectivity. It constitute a unique class of C-type lectins because of their specificity for galactose and its structural homologues. CLEC10A is thought to participate in the recognition of molecules from both altered self and pathogens due to its monosaccharide specificity for Gal and N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc).
