关于B7-H3/CD276：
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a member of the B7 superfamily with signature IgV and IgG regions in extracellular domains. It is a type I transmembrane protein and shares 20–27% amino acid identity with other B7 family members. B7-H3 is involved in the activation of T lymphocytes, and regulates murine bone formation. It is also reported that B7-H3 may play an important role in muscle-immune interactions, providing further evidence of the active role of muscle cells in local immunoregulatory processes. B7-H3 is expressed on T-cells, natural killer cells, and antigen presenting cells, as well as some non-immune cells, such as osteoblasts, fibroblasts, fibroblast-like synoviocytes and epithelial cells. High expression of B7-H3 in tumor vasculature also correlates with poor survival in patients, suggesting that it may play a role in tumor cell migration.

SH2 Domain-Containing Protein 1A,(SH2D1A) contains one SH2 domain and a short tail and is localized in the cytoplasm. SH2D1A is expressed at a high level in the thymus and the lung, with lower expression levels in the spleen and the liver. SH2D1A acts as an inhibitor of the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) self-association. In addition, SH2D1A mediates interaction between FYN and SLAMF1. It is also thought to regulate the activity of the neurotrophin receptors NTRK1, NTRK2 and NTRK3.

Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand 2 (PDCD1LG2) is a member of the BTN/MOG family. PDCD1LG2 contains one Ig-like C2-type domain and one Ig-like V-type domain. PDCD1LG2 is highly expressed in the heart, placenta, pancreas, lung and liver; it is weakly expressed in the spleen, lymph nodes, and thymus. PDCD1LG2 is involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. PDCD1LG2 interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production.
