Endoglin Antibody (Mouse Specific)有限稀释克隆 化,选择出具有分泌抗体功能又能无限繁殖的来源于单一B细胞的杂交瘤细胞。该细胞分泌产生非常均一的、其结构、氨基酸顺序都是一致的,且只针对一种抗原决 定簇的高特异性抗体,这就是单克隆抗体。
1、制备抗原。
2、选择实验动物。
3、动物免疫。
4、试取血进行测试,看看是否成功免疫。
5、如果成功免疫,杀死实验动物,采集全部血清。
6、纯化出抗体。
7、鉴定抗体。包括纯度以及特异性。

Endoglin Antibody (Mouse Specific)阻挡捕获抗体和标记抗体与待测抗原的结合,从而导致假阴性(如图1C所示);HA的F(ab’)2 通过同时结合捕获抗体的Fab区域和标记抗体的Fab区域,形成固相捕获抗体-HA-标记抗体复合物,如果标本中无待测抗原,HA就引起假阳性的结果。
