Polycomb & Trithorax复合物靶基因PCR基因芯片可以同时检测被Polycomb & Trithorax复合物调控的84个关键基因的表达。Polycomb & Trithorax复合物通过组蛋白修饰进行表观遗传调控,调节细胞类型特异性基因的表达,对维持细胞特征非常重要。Polycomb & Trithorax复合物的活性控制着胚胎多能干细胞分化机制的诱导。它们活性的失调造成细胞特性改变,细胞分化和增殖基因的错误表达,并促成肿瘤发生。利用实时定量PCR,研究者可以方便并且可信地研究对被Polycomb和Trithorax复合物调控的重要靶基因进行同时检测。
